SHIPPING and PAYMENT:
All orders are shipped via UPS service unless the customer requests another delivery method / mode at the time of order placement. Orders typically ship within 1 – 2 business days after payment processing. All payments for merchandise and shipping cost must be paid in full prior to shipping. All shipping costs for orders will be charged to the customer, including any associated with oversized shipments, additional or special handling charges, use of other shipping services, or shipments to destinations outside of the continental United States.

RETURN, REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return or exchange any item purchased on www.wrobertnay.com within 15 days of delivery date. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Refunds will only be granted for merchandise that is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging. McLean Psychological Practice and www.wrobertnay.com is not responsible for consumer error when ordering online. Please review all details of your order before placing your order. RETURNS
To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be new and in its original condition, including packaging and associated accessories, etc. To begin a return or exchange, you must first contact us at 703-893-3431 within 15 days of delivery date. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be received by www.wrobertnay.com within 30 days of the original delivery date. We highly recommend returning merchandise using a courier with tracking capabilities, such as UPS or FedEx. The customer is responsible for all charges related to return shipments. Please allow 5-10 business days to process returns and exchanges upon receipt. All returns and exchanges must be inspected before a credit can be issued. If the merchandise does not pass inspection, the merchandise will be shipped back to the customer without issuance of a credit, and the customer will incur all shipping costs. If merchandise does pass inspection, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise, less the original shipping cost. Credits will only be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

REFUND POLICY
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by www.wrobertnay.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Any item that is damaged, is not in its original condition, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be returned for refund or exchange. The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error by www.wrobertnay.com (i.e., you received an incorrect item, you received a defective item, etc.). Refunds will not be issued for orders which are determined by www.wrobertnay.com to be consumer error. Please review all details of your order before placing your order. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). You will be notified of your refund via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

EXCHANGES
You may exchange a faulty item for the same item by contacting us at 703-893-3431 within 15 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 15 days of delivery and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
